Overview of our practice areas
Among the Firm’s areas of practice are:
- Real Estate transactions and consultation; and
- Business and Corporate law.
Litigation is generally defined as a legal
proceeding in a court or a judicial proceeding to determine and enforce
legal rights. In today's world, however, litigation frequently
includes alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation
and arbitration, and administrative procedures such as bid protests or
licensure proceedings. For more information on our litigation
